1. Cancellation Notice

• We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list.

2. Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service amount.

3. No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service amount.

4. Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule their appointment once without incurring a fee, provided the new appointment is booked at least 24 hours in advance. Any further rescheduling may be subject to the cancellation fee.

5. Refunds

• Payments for missed or canceled appointments are non-refundable.

6. Emergency Situations

• We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an emergency or unavoidable situation, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential solutions.
